You know sometimes, you meet a dog, and your heart just melts right there in your chest? It’s as if you can immediately just ‘feel’ that they have a story? A presence so strong and so intensely deep that just being near them makes you feel whole? A history so rich and so colorful, that their adventure through life could trump even the greatest of current action movies selling out theaters across the world?

His only source of comfort and support was a his stuffed elephant. The sad dog wouldn’t go anywhere without it.

Every dog deserves a safe and loving environment.

Thankfully, volunteers at I Have A Dream Rescue Organization stopped by and fell head over heels for Smokey and his undying love for his stuffed animal.
